Teaching Artist (1984-present) Design and teach workshops for pre-k through high school in storytelling and writing.

EDUCATIONAL NONPROFIT EXPERIENCE
Founder and Executive Director, Storytelling Arts, Inc., Princeton, NJ (1996 – 2007) Founded nonprofit to support literacy in low-income schools in New Jersey through long-term storytelling programs. Designed, implemented, and funded programs in fifty institutions including preschools, elementary and middle schools, detention centers, and schools for special needs students. Served approximately 17,000 students.
